What does the module cover?
Learn how to find materials in a Law library, online and in other locations, and acquire an effective research strategy. Conform to Law’s writing style. Understand plagiarism and collusion. Discover how to analyse legal situations and how to plan and structure an answer to a legal problem. Develop the required critical thinking, writing, numeracy, interview, presentation and computer skills.

Assessment
You’ll complete coursework involving the identification of legal issues, planning, and legal research. You’ll also complete a reflective commentary and action plans to gauge your progress.
