The PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate project management course
starts with the fundamentals of project management, with proven
PRINCE2® methods, studying the different roles and processes and
how they function in the context of a project.
You'll look at the relationships between the different aspects
of a project, such as processes, management, deliverables etc, and
at the importance of organisation and planning, as well as
management of risk and maintenance of quality.
The PRINCE2® foundation training will give you the skills and
knowledge to progress to the Practitioner course and eventual
qualification as a certified project manager - an essential
qualification if you are serious about a career in project
management.
As a project management professional, you already know how vital
it is to be able to demonstrate your skills and show commitment to
your career. The PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate is a decisive
first step on that route.
While you don't need any formal qualifications to undertake the
PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate course, it has been designed for
existing project managers who would like to formalise their skills
and experience with a specific qualification.
Employers in every business and industry sector are impressed by
the PRINCE2® qualification. Being able to demonstrate your advanced
understanding of project management could lead to more senior roles
within your organisation, as well as opening doors to new roles in
the employment marketplace.
On completion, you'll receive the PRINCE2™ Foundation
Certificate.
Accreditation
All our PRINCE2™ qualifications are accredited by the APMG. The
APM Group, based in the UK, provides high-quality accreditation and
qualification services to organisations.
Your assessment will consist of one exam on completion of your
course.
Final Exam: 75 multiple-choice questions which
must be answered within 1 hour. You need 38 correct answers to
pass.

30-60 hours
That's roughly equivalent to between half-an-hour and an hour of
study per week during the 12-month support period.
There are no additional examination or registration fees
for our PRINCE2 courses.
