The Java programmer course will introduce the main principles and elements of the Java Language and also cover Operators and Flow Control, Classes, Reference Types and Threading, Exception Handling and Assertions, Utilities, Generics and Annotations, I/O handling, Basic GUI Development and Java Applets.

Entry Requirements

Knowledge of programming principles and experience in procedural programming or scripting languages, such as Visual Basic, C, or JavaScript; understanding of object-oriented languages, such as C++ or C#, is an advantage
