NCFE Effective Customer Care - 1 day course

This course is aimed at all employees who come into contact with customers, whether face-to-face or over the phone. It is designed to make staff more customer focused in they way that they work.

 

This is a one day group course only, you can not buy or study it on your own.  To discuss a group booking, please call.


Entry Requirements

There are no pre-requisites for this course, although it is recommended that you either currently work in this discipline, or are interested in doing so.

Assessment

Each learner's progress throughout the day will be assessed by the Tutor, and at the end of the session, each learner will complete a multiple choice questionnaire which will be marked by the Tutor also.

What will I get?

You will be provided with an expert Tutor who will deliver the session face-to-face, provide course materials for each learner to keep, and provide individuals assessment throughout the day. On successful completion of the course, you will be awarded a NCFE IIQ Certificate.

  • State the key elements of effective customer care
  • Provide apporporiate information, advice, products and services to customers
  • Identify the legislation affecting customers
  • Describe the strategies for handling customer complaints/individual needs.
