Entry Requirements

While you don't need any formal qualifications to enrol in this course, you should be a practising or potential first line manager with two years' full-time (or three years' part-time) work experience, and a background which will enable you to benefit from the course. You must be aged 18 or over.

There are four assessments for you to complete, one at the end of each unit. Assessments take the form of written work-based tasks.
