ICS Personal Assistant

ICS Personal Assistant

A personal assistant is so much more than an ordinary admin worker, and our Personal Assistant course will explain why and equip you with the skills and knowledge to start a PA career. Through our PA training you'll learn how to make the arrangements and look after the coordination that ensures that your senior manager or director will be where they need to be when they need to be, fresh and ready briefed so they can do what they do best.

Our Personal Assistant course combines theory with practical exercises that will see you working as a PA, planning and organising like an expert.

You will look at the duties of a personal assistant, including diary management, meeting and conference planning, business travel and accommodation bookings, drafting of communications and more.

You will gain an overview of office management and learn about office equipment and the purchasing of consumables and stationery

Because most PA jobs involve working in a challenging and dynamic environment, our online Personal Assistant course will help you develop skills in prioritisation and teach you efficient methods of scheduling, delegation and team organisation.

You will also look at health and safety in the office environment and at the security and privacy issues around sensitive information to which a personal assistant will have access.

As you train to become a personal assistant you will gain the knowledge and skills to ensure that your boss is always given the best opportunity to excel, proving the saying that behind every successful senior manager is a highly skilled personal assistant.
