APM Accredited Project & Finance Management

This Project and Finance Management bundle brings together three courses that, together, offer a comprehensive grounding in project management and financial training for non-financial managers. It also represents a considerable saving. You'll undertake the PRINCE2™ Foundation Certificate, the APM Introductory Certificate, and the Finance for Non-Financial Managers course.

This course bundle has been devised for project managers looking to formalise their skills and experience with a formal qualification - and this bundle will give you three!

Through the Project and Finance Management bundle you'll reinforce the knowledge and skills you already possess and gain new know-how and skills. The PRINCE2 Foundation course will reinforce your basic project management skills, while the Association for Project Management (APM) Introductory Certificate will give you new insights into the role of the project manager.

And because financial management can be a challenge for project managers without skills in finance, the course also combines our Accredited Finance for Non-financial Managers course. You'll learn the basics of financial and management accounting, and become more confident in your dealings with accountants and other finance professionals.

Entry Requirements

While none of these courses require any previous formal leaning, the PRINCE2™ series of courses has been designed for existing project managers who would like to formalise their skills and experience with a specific qualification.

Accreditation

APM Group (APMG)

The APM Group, based in the UK, provides high-quality accreditation and qualification services to organisations. It currently accredits our project management courses including our PRINCE2 qualifications.

APM (Association for Project Management) is the largest independent professional body of its kind in Europe, with 17,500 individual and 500 corporate members throughout the UK and abroad.

PRINCE2® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries'. ICS sells the PRINCE2 course under license from the ILX Group, which is an ATO.

Assessment

You will be required to complete exams for each section of the course.

PRINCE2™ Foundation Certificate

  • Final Exam: 75 multiple-choice questions which must be answered within one hour. You need 38 correct answers to pass.

APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management

  • Final Exam: 60 multiple-choice questions which must be answered within one hour.

Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers

  • Final Exam: 25 multiple-choice questions which must be answered within one hour. 18 correct answers are needed to pass.
