APM Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers

APM Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers

Our Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers course is what you need if you are a non-financial manager. Not all managers come from a financial background, but management of budgets, costs and other finances are usually part and parcel of the role. And many employers will expect you to have a formal qualification to show you understand the basics of finance. This financial training is accredited by the Association for Project Management.

Our Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers course is equivalent to a three-day classroom course and will equip you with the basics of finance so that you will understand the accounting aspects of your management role.

Through the financial course you will learn the fundamentals of financial and management accounting, including financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.

Cash flow, profit margins and asset turnover will all be covered, and you'll learn about investment appraisal, financial analysis and more.

On completion of the Accredited Finance for Non-Financial Managers course, you'll be prepared to sit the relevant APM exam and have a qualification that demonstrates your new skills in the financial field, giving you the confidence to plan and implement sound financial decisions. This study of finance for managers will help you begin or progress a career in management.
