Fares & Ticketing Level II

Intended for people who have already achieved their Level I qualification, and want to gain more advanced skills, our Fares and Ticketing Level II course is endorsed by British Airways.

 

 

 

Course Overview 

This course will give you valuable training in more specialist areas of ticketing, for example highly complex fares and arranging multi-sector journeys. At the end of this course you will sit the Level II exam, which can qualify for recognition by City & Guilds.


Pre-requisites 

You can take this course as soon as you have passed the Level I exam.

Assessment 

After working through the course materials you will sit an open-book examination, which means you can take notes and course materials in with you.  Exams are held in March, July and November.
