This unit’s main focus will be on your preparation for the job application process by investigating the recruitment processes for a range of different types of airlines including entry requirements.
You will develop your knowledge and skills in relation to preparing a CV, writing letters of application and completing application forms both on-line and hard copy. Some airlines use telephone screening to reject applicants prior to completing the application form and you will develop your knowledge of this process.
You will develop your knowledge of the different aspects of the air cabin crew interview process, including personal presentation, group activities, communication within the group situation, individual interviews and undertaking tests. Lastly, you will undertake a number of activities to develop your skills in order to be successful in all aspects of the recruitment process.
