Course Overview
Do you already work in the retail sector? Or are you aiming to get into this exciting, challenging and fast-moving field? Either way, the BTEC National Level 3 Retail Award will boost your career prospects. Through this course, you'll look at important topics such as future trends in retail services, the principles of customer service and leadership.
Pre-requisites
You must be over 16 to take this course and have a GCSE equivalent to four passes at Grade C or above, or hold an Intermediate GNVQ in an appropriate vocational area.

Assessment
This course includes seven assessments that you complete as part of your coursework and then forward to your tutor. Once your tutor has marked and graded your work, they'll send it back to you with their comments, if any.
